ZORVANI (“we”, “us” or “our”) operates https://zorvani.in, an online store serving customers within India. ZORVANI is currently operated by an individual under the trading name ZORVANI. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and retain personal information when you browse our website, create an account, place an order, request a return or refund, or contact us.

Refund information: If a refund requires bank transfer or UPI, we may collect the account holder’s name, account number, IFSC code or UPI ID needed to complete the refund.

2. How We Collect Information

We collect information:

  • Directly from you when you browse, create an account, place an order, submit a review or contact us.

  • Automatically through Shopify, cookies, Meta Pixel and similar website technologies.

  • From payment providers, fulfilment suppliers, delivery partners and communication providers when they update us about payments, deliveries or support requests.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Process and fulfil orders.

  • Verify payments and help prevent fraudulent transactions.

  • Arrange delivery, pickup, returns, exchanges and refunds.

  • Maintain customer accounts, wishlists and shopping features.

  • Send order confirmations, address-verification requests, shipping updates and other service messages.

  • Send checkout-related reminders, where applicable and permitted.

4. Payments and COD Refunds

Online payments are processed through Cashfree and the relevant payment networks or banks.

Payment credentials entered into the payment provider’s checkout are processed under that provider’s privacy and security practices. ZORVANI receives transaction information needed to confirm payment, fulfil orders and manage refunds.

Cash on Delivery is also available for eligible orders.

For COD refunds, we may request bank account details or a UPI ID. We use these details to process and verify the refund and maintain necessary transaction records.

We will never ask you to share your OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or online banking password with ZORVANI Support.

5. Sharing Information with Service Providers

We share information relevant to the services being provided with the following categories of recipients:

Shopify: To host and operate our website, checkout, customer accounts and related store features.

Cashfree and financial service providers: To process payments, verify transactions and issue refunds.

Fulfilment suppliers, including Dropdash and DropshipIndia: To prepare, dispatch and support orders fulfilled by them. Information shared may include your name, delivery address, phone number and relevant order details.

Couriers and logistics partners: To deliver orders, provide shipment updates and arrange return pickups.

WhatFlow and WhatsApp/Meta: To send and manage order-related WhatsApp communications.

Email service providers: To deliver order confirmations, checkout-related emails and customer support messages.

Providers supporting account, wishlist and review features: To operate the features you use.

Meta: To measure advertising activity and support advertising through Meta Pixel, as described below.

Our service providers may process information under their own privacy policies and applicable agreements.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, investigate fraud, resolve disputes or protect customers and our business. If ownership of our business changes, relevant records may be transferred subject to applicable privacy requirements.

6. Cookies and Meta Pixel

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate shopping features, maintain sessions, remember preferences and understand website activity.

We currently use Meta Pixel. Depending on its configuration and your interaction with our website, it may transmit information such as pages viewed, products viewed, cart actions, purchases, device information and online identifiers to Meta.

This information helps measure advertisement performance and may support personalised advertising on Meta platforms. Meta may associate information it receives with your account or other information it holds, in accordance with its privacy policy.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect certain website features. Browser controls may not prevent every form of data transmission.

7. WhatsApp and Email Communications

We use WhatFlow to support order-related WhatsApp messages, including order confirmation, address verification, delivery updates, cancellations and support.

We do not currently send promotional campaigns through WhatsApp or SMS.

We use email for order and checkout-related communications. If you receive an optional checkout reminder and do not want further reminders, use the unsubscribe option where provided or contact us.

Stopping optional communications does not prevent us from sending essential messages about an existing order, payment, delivery, refund or security issue.

If we introduce promotional communications in the future, we will provide appropriate choices and obtain consent where required.

8. Customer Reviews

Reviews and associated display names or photographs submitted for publication may be visible to other visitors.

Please do not include your phone number, address, payment details or other confidential information in a public review.

You may contact us to request correction or removal of a review you submitted, subject to verification and applicable requirements.

9. Shopify and Processing Outside India

Shopify and other service providers may store or process personal information in countries outside India.

Although ZORVANI currently delivers only within India, this does not mean that all information remains stored in India. Any international processing is subject to applicable legal requirements.
